Visibility Scotland offers a digital document transformation service. We utilise our expertise in accessibility and inclusion to transform your Word documents and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring that vision-impaired recipients are not disadvantaged by inaccessible document structures, missing alt text or image descriptions, or other hidden accessibility pitfalls.
The service costs £50 per hour. All documents undergo comprehensive quality checks to ensure they comply with evidence-based gold-standard guidelines, enabling screen-reader compatibility and accessibility for those with low vision and dyslexia.
