Our rooms 

Visibility Scotland has two rooms available for hire, pricing and full information is given below.   

 

Sensory play space (basement level) 

 ID: Visibility Scotland’s sensory play room, a softly lit space with foam safety flooring and an assortment of sensory toys. 

This large room comes equipped with sensory play equipment and soft flooring. There is an accessible toilet with a changing area, as well as two single stall toilets, located within the room. Maximum recommended capacity is 10 children plus parents / caregivers.  There is both lift and stair access to the basement level. 

 

Pricing 

The cost to hire our sensory play space is £100 per hour. 

 

 

Room seven (first floor room) 

ID: Visibility Scotland’s first floor meeting room for hire. Inside the room, black chairs are arranged around a large wooden table. Along the back wall there is a large TV and camera setup for remote meetings or presentations. In the corner is a flipchart. 

 

This room can accommodate up to 14 guests around a central meeting table. There is both stair and lift access to the room. 

  

Pricing 

The cost to hire Room 7 is £35 per hour.  

 

Catering 

Tea/coffee/biscuits: £4 per person 

Tea coffee/biscuits plus sandwich platter lunch: £10 per person
