John Lewis Community Fund Win for Visibility Scotland!

We all know and love John Lewis & Partners and for some their Christmas advert even signals the start of the silly season but did you know how fantastically generous they are?  Here at Visibility Scotland we were delighted to receive support from their Glasgow store and the John Lewis Community Fund who gifted us a whopping £2,145 which shall be used to help fund our Community Support work.  Also gifted were several pieces of technical equipment which we can’t wait to showcase to our service users.  Sometimes it’s a simple as one of our knowledgeable staff showing what’s out there by way of apps and technology, small steps to an easier life.

We are so grateful to John Lewis for their amazing support of our work – a great big thank you to the Community Fund and all the Partners!

Throughout the last six months we have continued to focus on supporting visually impaired people of all ages throughout Scotland, helping our Service Users to live independently and have a fulfilling life.  As our tag line says, you don’t need sight to have vision and with this fabulous gift from John Lewis we aim to prove that by helping as many people as we can!
