NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde – feedback on the Covid-19 vaccination programme

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde would like to hear from Visibility Scotland service users about their experiences of the Covid-19 vaccination programme. Whether you have already had your vaccine or are still waiting on an appointment, they would like to know your views on the information you received about the vaccine and about your appointment and if anything could have been done to make your experience better. This information is important to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to see how well the vaccination roll out has worked and how they can continue to make improvements to the service over the coming months.

Please note this is for people who are registered with a GP in the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde area only (Glasgow City, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, East Dunbartonshire or West Dunbartonshire).

We would like to invite you to share your feedback. There are two ways to contribute:

Complete an anonymous online survey

Or

Attend an online discussion group

Discussion groups are taking place via Zoom with the option to attend via video or over the phone, on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 19th May, 1-2pm
  • Wednesday 26th May, 10-11am

If you would like to sign-up to attend a discussion group please email natasha.johnston@nullvisibilityscotland.org.uk or call us on 0141 332 4632.
