Visibility Scotland’s chief executive, Louise Hunter, will be leaving her role at the end of November this year to take up a new opportunity with Who Cares? Scotland. Louise has been with Visibility Scotland since early 2018 and led significant change to position the organisation for the future. Arlene Croall, Chair of Visibility Scotland Board said “Louise has successfully reorganised and developed Visibility Scotland during a time of rapid change and uncertainty and the Board very much appreciate the excellent work that she has done.”
The Board is currently seeking to fill an Acting CEO role internally and an announcement will be made in due course. Work will continue at Visibility Scotland to ensure the delivery of innovative, person centred services for people living with visual impairments across Scotland.
