• The different types of vision impairment conditions using video examples
• Opportunity to try on “simulation googles”
• The challenges and barriers people with vision impairment face
• Human rights related to vision impairment
• Reasonable adjustments that can be made for people with vision impairment
• Aids, equipment, and assistive technology that can support and help someone living with vision impairment

Part Two: How to be a confident sighted guide

• The role of a sighted guide
• The techniques to be a confident sighted guide
• How to communicate to someone with vision impairment
• Audio Description

Part Three: Inclusive Communication: How to make accessible information.

• How to create accessible documents, social media and emails.
• Understanding assistive technology and how it is used.
• How to incorporate inclusive design into your policies.
• How to create alternative formats.
• Utilising audio description and subtitles.
